Aries Biru Hotel & Villa Puncak, Puncak

My stay at the villa was mostly pleasant, with plenty of space for my large family, which was a definite plus. The private pool and entertainment options made for a fun time, but the service left much to be desired, particularly in terms of responsiveness and food quality. Additionally, the lack of air conditioning in the villa made it quite warm during the daytime. Overall, while there are great amenities and space for family gatherings, the service could use significant improvement.

I had a fantastic time at the resort, especially enjoying the spacious villas that accommodate large families and groups. The private amenities like the pool table and karaoke in the Aquarius Orange Utama villa added a fun touch. However, there were a few downsides, such as limited air circulation during the day and some issues with the water supply. Overall, it’s a good option for a family gathering despite some service shortcomings.

The surrounding green environment was really refreshing, but the dining experience left much to be desired, as breakfast wasn’t fresh, and the service was a bit lacking.
